At Nivrowe, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy, return items in their original condition within 180 days for a refund or exchange.

Note: All sale items are final sale.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Request a Return
    Email us at service@nivrowe.com to initiate a return or exchange.

  2. Prepare the Package
    Safely pack the item(s) with the invoice. If the original packaging is unavailable, follow USPS, UPS, or FedEx guidelines.

  3. Ship the Item
    Print and attach the return label, and drop it off at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location.

  4. Refund or Exchange
    Once we receive the item, we’ll confirm its arrival via email. Full-priced items qualify for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 7 days. Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit, unless marked as final sale.
